Delivering Results

For this to happen:

All of us in the DBS Civilian HR will:

  • Keep our promises
  • Own our problems and fix them right first time
  • Know what our customer needs from the whole DBS Civilian HR, not just from us
  • Keep telling managers what would make the service even better
  • Be there when the customer needs us most

Our managers will:

  • Make performance and targets matter to their teams
  • Understand our costs and treat DBS Civilian HR's money as carefully as they would their own
  • Listen to and follow up what staff and others are saying we could do better

The Board will:

  • Set performance and cost targets building on experience
  • Give managers the challenge, the space and the tools to improve delivery
