Service Family Accommodation (SFA): Customer service status news

Any important operational updates or issues affecting our customer service levels will be published on this page.

Current Status:

Advance notice of HASC telephone closures
The Housing Allocations Service Centre (HASC) will be closed on Friday 25 May for staff training.

The HASC will also be closed on Friday 1 June, Monday 4 June and Tuesday 5 June. These closures are for the Spring Bank Holiday and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Telephone lines will reopen at 8.30 am on Wednesday 6 June.

HASC telephone opening hours
To give staff additional time to manage the allocation of Service Family Accommodation, the HASC has revised its telephone opening hours to 8.30 am - 1 pm daily. These revised opening hours will apply until advised otherwise.

Please note that the Housing Allocations Service Centre is currently experiencing a high volume of telephone calls and that it may take longer to get through to one of our customer service staff.

However, you may not need to call the HASC:
