Dartmoor Training Area Integrated Rural Management Plan - Volume 2

Volume 2 contains Component Management Plans (CMP), written by Subject Matter Experts, covering military use, estate management, natural environment (including landscape), archaeology and cultural heritage, public access and recreation, and relationships with local communities and businesses.  Each CMP describes, for every use, Dartmoor Training Area's aims and objectives, the resource, existing management, and actions and monitoring proposals for the next 10 years.

Manorbier Firing Notice

Firing details for Air Defence Range Manorbier

The planned firing/trainig dates for May 2012 are as follows:
- Mon 30 Apr to Fri 4 May
- Tuesday 8 May to Fri 11 May
- Mon 28 to Fri 1 Jun


When the Range is active, Practice and Exercise Area (PEXA) warning broadcasts for Manorbier Range will be given, either by the Range Authority or a Range Safety Vessell, on VHF Channels 16 and 73 at 08:30hrs and 14:30hrs, and at the end of each day's activity.
