Proposed new Byelaws - new byelaws which have been drafted following a comprehensive review of the site's requirements and which are subject to public consultation.
The Ministry of Defence has determined that replacement / new byelaws are required to control the following sites:
The Ot Moor Range - Consultation period expired 13th June 2011
It is therefore proposed that the Secretary of State for Defence will make new byelaws for the above sites under the powers granted to him by the Military Lands Act 1892. In order to enable public consultation and provide an overview of the work being undertaken within the review. Copies of the proposed new byelaws together with their accompanying public notices are detailed.
