The Munitions, International and Torpedoes Pillar comprises four Project Teams. These manage general munitions, torpedoes, international weapons capability within the Weapons Operating Centre.
Current activity
- Defence General Munitions – procures and manages general munitions, explosives and countermeasures for all three Services.
- Freefall - provides an all-weather, air-launched freefall weapons capability and supports all variants of the Paveway weapon system
- International Guns Rockets & Missiles – responsible for procuring and providing in-service support for a range of weapons for the British Army, Royal Navy and RAF
- Torpedoes, Tomahawk and Harpoon - provides capable, cost effective equipment and support for Torpedoes, Tomahawk cruise missiles and Harpoon missiles for operations now and in the future
