Fleet Wide Equipment Team
FWE manage equipment and boats on board all Royal Navy Surface Ships, Royal Navy Submarines and the Royal Fleet Auxiliary as well the Army, MoD Police and Special Forces. This support is vital to ensuring that maritime elements of the Armed Forces are ready to conduct operations when required.
The Fleet Wide Equipment Team expects to deliver and to improve on a continuous basis. It focuses on striking the appropriate balance between delivering the existing programme and developing and implementing sustainable processes and teams that can improve delivery performance in the future.
The Team’s support to the Fleet is vital to ensure that maritime elements of the Armed Forces are ready to conduct operations when required
