The ECI Team fuses procurement and support, giving the customer a true capability single point of contact. Innovation within the team is actively encouraged in order to underpin the ability of the team to both deliver and support equipment that fully meets the stated requirement within the constraints of time and cost.
It is the only team within its Operating Centre to carry out its own provisioning function, ensuring the very best spares are delivered into the supply chain, with the ability to directly affect performance on a daily basis.
