JAMES – Joint Asset Management and Engineering Solutions
Working to provide the right equipment, in the right configuration and condition, in the right amount, in the right place and at the right time through improved engineering and asset management for LAND managed equipment; increased equipment availability and reliability; and improved engineering support data and techniques.
MJDI – Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory
One process, one way of managing materiel through a single management system for all commodities, it will give visibility of stock across all three service environments and will be used on the home base and on operations.
MMiT – Management of Materiel in Transit
Answering the simple question “where is my demand?” by providing a new capability to view materiel in transit in the forward and reverse support chains in the deployed and home base.
CONVIS – Consignment Visibility
Changes and essential improvements to the Visibility In Transit and Asset Logging (VITAL) consignment tracking system that will enhance consignment tracking capabilities throughout Defence.
AMO - Air Movements Operations
Improvements to personnel and asset tracking throughout the air movements process that will support air movements planning, air charter reservations and visibility of passengers, baggage and freight, tracking for the first time visibility of materiel through the air bridge.
EBC – Electronic Business Capability
Visibility of Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) items in the forward and reverse support chains and the ability to manage seamlessly the current and future proliferation of CLS and innovative support arrangements through the Stores System 3 (SS3) Base Inventory Management System.
