Programme Management Office & Programme Support Function
The Programme Management Office manages and provides the strategic overview of all the CIS projects and programmes that make up ISS outputs and services. The Programme Support Function provides through life capability management oversight, support and coherence, enabling effective prioritisation and decision making.
Defence Core Network Services Programme Team
The Defence Core Network Services Programme Team is a programmatic approach for the delivery of the future ISS portfolio of systems and services in support of Network Enabled Capability (NEC). Its objective is to provide coherence in service delivery, architecture and engineering, commercial constructs and financials to improve agility, delivery flexibility, affordability and Departmental efficiency.
Ops Programmes (DTA HERRICK)
The Deployed Technical Architecture (DTA) HERRICK Programme Office is charged with delivering a DTA-compliant information platform to Operation HERRICK. Based on the architecture produced within the C4 Architecture pillar of ISS Solutions, the Office is responsible for the extensive series of projects required to migrate and sustain the provision of CIS on Op HERRICK.
