The FSaST Team is responsible for acquiring and integrating air environment synthetic training for all three armed services, from concept through to disposal phases.

The FSaST Team aims to deliver the right air synthetic training to support the front line now and in the future.

It promotes the message that synthetic environments are integral to the mission and that synthetic environments should be an accepted and completely integral aspect of the preparation for the delivery of operational capability.

  • Medium support helicopter aircrew training facility 
  • A400M training service
  • Training and mission rehearsal capability
  • Defence Operational Training Capability (Air)
  • Distributed synthetic air land training
  • Tornado synthetic training service
  • Lynx aircrew training service
  • Hawk synthetic training facility
  • Sentry aircrew training facility
