The Business Management Branch is responsible for providing administrative, engineering and staff management support to the team.
The Avionics Branch is responsible for the provision, repair and engineering support of Avionics systems fitted to the majority of fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft platforms.
The Avionics Consumables Branch is responsible for providing and managing a wide range of avionic, electronic and electrical consumable spares for use on both airborne and ground radio/radar applications.
The Aircraft General Systems Branch is responsible for the through-life support management of aircraft mechanical and aero-engine components. The Head of Branch is also the Principle Airworthiness and Safety Engineer for the Aircraft Commodities Team.
The Air Commodity Support Branch is responsible for the acquisition and through life support of aviation workshop equipment and role office, working at height, personal protective equipment and support cell, aircraft access and staging equipment, mobile access platforms and policy, installed and uninstalled engine test facilities, aircraft integrity monitoring equipment, and surface finishing equipment, facilities and materials.
The Airfield Support Branch is responsible for the acquisition and through life support of tri-service aircraft ground support equipment and airfield vehicles.
The Finance Branch manages financial support to the other branches. The Financial Controller of the Aircraft Commodities Team is responsible for providing advice and guidance on all financial, resource accounting and budgeting, and investment appraisal matters.
The Commercial Branch is responsible for developing the commercial strategy and modernisation of contracts necessary to ensure that Aircraft Commodities Team meets its business objectives, and for the management of all contracts placed by the Aircraft Commodities teams.
