Food Quality Standard

This Food Quality Standard (FQS) is issued by the Defence Food Services Team (DFS T hereafter referred to as the Authority), under delegated authority from DE&S on behalf of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), The FQS is not to be considered as a series of product specifications but as a guide to the minimum quality criteria that the Authority will expect a Contractor to deliver.
