The Development, Concepts and Doctrine Centre (DCDC) is a Ministry of Defence think-tank, collocated with the Defence Academy at Shrivenham.

The DCDC will: Produce concepts and doctrine - underpinned by through research and experimentation - to help inform decisions in Defence strategy, capability development and operations, and to provide the foundation for joint education, both now and into the future.
