MOD Information Charter

Today (18 Jul 08) the MOD is publishing its Information Charter. This sets out the standards that the Defence Community can expect from the Department when it requests or holds their personal information, how they can get access to their personal data and what they can do if they do not think that standards are being met. The Charter conforms to the guidance from the recent Cabinet Office review of Data Handling Procedures in Government.
