Campaign History
The strategic bombing campaign against German industrial cities, military installations, and a wide variety of other targets continued throughout the War and made a decisive contribution to Allied victory.
The RAF endured significant loses of both men and aircraft but by the end of the War the campaign had severely curtailed German industrial production and virtually immobilised her military power.
