If you are looking for a doctor you can find your local GP practices on the NHS 24 website, or look under your areas NHS board website.  Links to these can be found under External Links.  Your local HIVE may well have these details already.
 
NHS24.com provides comprehensive up-to-date health information and self care advice for people in Scotland.  It also provides a 24 hour helpline.  If you are ill when your doctor's surgery is closed and you feel it can't wait until it re-opens, call 08454 24 24 24.

Dental Services
Finding a dentist can be a problem throughout the UK. You can find details of NHS dental services, by looking at your areas NHS board website which can be found under related links.  You can also look at the NHS 24 website.  Once you have registered, you will need to visit your dentist regularly to remain registered.
