BFPO Worldwide Parcels

BFPO worldwide parcels are charged at the UK Parcelforce standard rate.

For families and friends of members of HM Forces, who post their parcel using postage stamps, the prices shown below are inclusive. However, for commercial users the charge covers the cost of delivery to BFPO only, and the MOD will charge independently for the conveyance from the UK to BFPO addresses.

All BFPOs (with the exception of HM Ships, Op HERRICK and Op KIPION):
Maximum Weight: 30kg per parcel
Maximum Size: 1.05 mtrs Length, 2.00 mtrs Length and Girth combined (Please see image showing how to find the actual size of a Parcel for posting).

HM Ships (BFPOs 200 to 499)
Maximum Weight: 11kg per parcel
Maximum Size : 1.05 mtrs Length, 2.00 mtrs Length and Girth combined (Please see image showing how to find the actual size of a Parcel for posting).

Op HERRICK, Op KIPION and HM Ships in Support:
No parcel service available.  Please refer to the 'Enduring free mail service' related page for more information.

Compensation for the loss of or damage to parcels up to £100 per parcel is included in the price charged for the BFPO Worldwide service. For the fees shown below customers may increase this cover up to a maximum of £2500 per parcel.

Prices effective from 16th April 2012

All HM forces parcels sent by customers who do not have a business contract with Parcelforce Worldwide must bear a fully completed despatch pack PFU5 (or replacement) available from your local Post Office branch. Business Commercial customers will be supplied with relevant documentation.
