Fees for use of MOD origin Crown copyright film footage

MOD is obliged to charge for all commercial reproduction. Please be aware that these are standard reproduction fees which apply equally to all requestors (including charities).

The fees listed below are all 'per second' and are all subject to a 30 second minimum charge.

All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

It should be noted that all licences are granted on a non-exclusive basis and use is strictly confined to that detailed in the licence. Any reproduction of the licensed material not consistent with the conditions of the licence issued will be vigorously pursued and where necessary enforcement action considered.
