Your form will now be processed. The Department aims to respond to all correspondence within 15 working days. If, however, you did not include a full postal address you should not expect to receive a reply for the following reasons:
- not everyone in the Department is currently able to provide a response via email
- it could be seen as giving precedence to this form of correspondence
- it could expose a large proportion of the Department to massive amounts of electronic mail aimed at crashing the system
- it could increase the risk to MOD IT systems of virus infection
- it could increase the volume of 'spam' to the Department
