Reserve Forces and Cadets Division
The Reserve Forces and Cadets Division (formerly known as DRFC) is the MOD's policy team for Reserve Forces and Cadets.
RF&C’s mission is to:
- Reserves. Develop, co-ordinate and where appropriate implement Defence Policy for Reserve Forces in order to maintain and improve the operational capability of the Armed Forces’ Reserve.
- Youth & Cadets. Develop, co-ordinate and where appropriate implement Defence Policy for Cadets and Youth in order to deliver support to wider Government initiatives.
