The Career Transition Partnership is a partnership between the MOD and Rights Coutts Ltd intended to provide a resettlement service to eligble service leavers.
Why employ a Service leaver?
Over 12,000 service leavers come on to the civilian job market through the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) each year. They include engineers, technicians, trainers, administrators, IT Managers, drivers chefs, nurses, pilots operations managers,facilities managers, projects managers and communications experts. Today's Armed Forces use cutting edge technology to uts very limits. However, technical abilities are the not only attributes that sevice leavers haveto offer employers.
Service leavers have unrivalled experience and excellant personal qualities. Theyhave been tested in highly demanding and pressurised situations, and are used to taking responsibility for their actions and getting things first time. Service leavers are quick to learn, picking up new skills and adapting to new circumstances with ease. They are self-disciplined and motivated problem solvers who will get a task done, whatever it takes.
In addition to offering such professional and technical abilities, they ae also skilled in planning and organisising, teamwork, communication, man-management, and leadership, all skills which have been honed in some of the toughest enviorments. As well as a wide range of transferable skills, service leavers can bring their considerable experience, moral and physical courage to your business.
We offer a wide range of recruitment services for the services leaver, all of which employers can take adavantage to a large range of highly skilled and capable potential employees.
Services Available:
We provide a personalised service based on recruitment needs. Our Employment Consultants can discuss your particular requirements and advise you on how best to use the services of the CTP.
The Regular Forces Employment Association (RFEA) is an important part of the CTP and assists ex-regular servicemen and women in finding employment, linking your organisation with the best candidates for your jobs.
The Officers' Association (OA) is also an integral part of CTP and offers a recruitment service for employers offering executive opportunties.
