NATO Codification is a process of Identification, Classification, Naming and Unique Numbering of stores and the UK NCB provides training both in-house and on-site, to personnel who require an understanding of the principles, aims and usage of the NATO Codification System.

On completion of the full 1 day course we hope that all students will have an understanding of The history, reasons for and benefits of a common supply language, The Item of Supply Concept, Approved and Non-Approved Item Names, How a NATO Stock Number is formulated, The NATO Stock Record on the ISISWeb system, Reference Category and Variation Codes (RC+VC), NCAGE's and how they are formulated and The complete functionality of ISISWeb.
