Hawley Lake

A 45 acre site (18 hectares) consisting of a fresh water lake with a maximum depth of 7 feet shallowing to 4 feet in places surrounded mostly by woodland. Used for sailing, fishing and water-skiing and the garrison uses the lake and beach to practice setting up bridgeheads. There are 5 islands
