The original WW2 Officers' Mess is also still present. There are two man-made lakes

The site has a large Officers' Mess parts of which can be traced back to the 12th Century. Many old trees and avenues in the grounds. Some restrictions on filming in the mess. Parking is secure and dedicated to film crews. Security passes to be worn and a Health & Safety brief will be given

There is also an empty round building previously used to house a centrifuge, used to test the effects of gravity on personnel. Ample secure parking.
