The Defence Food Services School is located at Worthy Down, Near Winchester, Hampshire.  The courses that are available have changed but unfortunately we are unable to update this website with new courses at this time.  The courses available are Advanced Culinary Skills, Catering Instructor, Logistic Support and Catering Management, and Defence Caterer Steward Basic.  Therefore please contact IDT(A) for further information.
