ATSYS - JSATFA Offline Forms

Personnel wishing to undertake an Army sponsored expedition under the Joint Service Adventurous Training scheme, and who have access to ATSYS via a networked MOD computer are to create an online application via ATSYS (on the Defence Intranet).  Where appendices are required, use the appendices listed below, complete them and upload them via ATSYS, to support your application.
