MDP Senior Officers' Complaints Policy

This policy explains how the MOD Police Committee (MODPC) deals with any complaints that may be made by members of the public against a senior officer (ACPO Rank) of the MOD Police (MDP). The policy takes account of both the IPCC and PCCS Statutory Guidance.
