Transfer request form

DVA Security Appraisal Form (SAF)

All individuals holding Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance are required to complete an annual Security Appraisal Form (SAF) which is submitted through their sponsor to the DVA for consideration and placing on the individual's vetting file.
