A new report 'Maximising Defence Capability Through R&D' has been published on the MOD internal and external websites. The report follows a year long review, commissioned by the Chief Scientific Adviser, Professor Sir Roy Anderson, and the former Chief of Defence Procurement, Sir Peter Spencer, into the Ministry of Defence’s £2.6BN annual research and development activity. The report provides an impartial, objective and robust review on the effectiveness of MOD's investment.
