The Secretary of State's Policy Statement on Safety, Health, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development in the MOD was signed on 20 September 2010. The Policy Statement sets out MOD's legal and policy obligations and what the Secretary of State requires of individuals, managers and commanders in meeting its requirements.
