The fundamental purpose of the disciplinary and administrative processes is to foster and promote the discipline and behaviour required for the maintenance of operational effectiveness.

This JSP deals with the minor administrative action (MAA) process, its purpose, how it should be applied and in particular, it sets out those minor administrative actions that may be taken in appropriate circumstances.
