JSP 815 Describes in high-level terms the corporate system for the management of environmental protection and safety in the MOD. Provides strategic direction to Functional Safety Boards (FSB)charged with developing environment and safety policy, and to Top Level Budget (TLB) holders and Trading Fund Agency (TFA) Chief Executives responsible for implementing it.
