The recommendations in the Review Board’s 2007 General Review of the Profit Formula for Non-Competitive Government Contracts have been accepted by Government and industry, subject to the implementation arrangements detailed in the Addendum at page 87 of the report. The parties have recognised 1 Feb 2008 as the effective implementation date for the 2007 General Review
