Safety Booklet ('White Booklet')

The 'White Booklet,' An Introduction to System Safety Management in the MOD, is an entry-level reference for system safety management.  Its purpose is an introduction to system safety management concepts, terms and activities.  It is intended to allow MOD and contractor personnel to quickly understand how safety issues affect them.  It is not intended as a contractual document.

The current version of the book is Issue 3, dated January 2011.
