Military Aviation Authority Education Courses

The MAA Operating Safety Regulation Group delivers flight safety training courses for the whole of the Defence Aviation community.

Annually, almost 1,000 military, MoD contracted civilian and overseas students attend short courses at Defence Acadamy Shrivenham. The courses offered include:

  • Flying Supervisors' Course (FSC)
  • Flying Authorizors' Course (FLAC)
  • Flight Safety Officers' Course (FSOC)
  • Post Crash Management Incident Officers' Course (PCMIOC)
